In the back section of Jacobsville park water is not drain off anywhere and is just becoming standing water and the misquotes are becoming a health hazzard. Please investigate the cause of all this standing water and resolve ASAP as we have not seen it this bad in the 8 years we have been going to the park. The ball fields that the children are practing on are right in the middle of all this standing water.
