Very large craters located at the temp cement barriers/expansion joints...two rims in two months destroyed....Did the DOT employee certified engineers with the "recovery" funding for this project or were they interns?...horrible transition plan...downright catastrophically dangerous especially the modified "acceleration-suicide" lanes. The problem isnt't MPH..it's design on this one
