I Grew up in the neighborhood of ingalls and river street and i"m tried of the crack heads and drug deals walking around peddle thie stuff near our school and nothing done .When the property owns know was going on they choose not to do nothing about it. AGAIN I LIVED all my live in the area .THE Other nite a family member was coming to visit and a crack head was plannning to rob them. then proceed to wait near the car to this person would get out. they had to use thier cell phone to call police and someone to meet them on the porch. we also live by our security cameras and motoi lights. but befor this indecent a police officer was talking to the cracks head and asked them was thier were doing... he basically let them go. so what ever u can do to help reolve this issue would be appericated.
