Description

The door that screen the dumpsters are always open. The one by the entrance to the parking area off Cross Lakes is usually shut. The one closer to the building itself blocks the pedestrian path and provides an area that could possibly conceal a person. The dumpsters by the daycare center closer to Highway 6 are usually filled and the doors are open. It is unsightly.
