Description

Animal hording. Multiple cats left uncared for with no sign of the owner for weeks on end. Multiple neighbors have contacted authorities and the owner quickly arrives to give attention but is again absent from the responsibility. Neighbors have been collectively making note and owner hasn't been present since the last call two weeks ago. Very concerned for the well being of the animals and lack of attention given to the property and how it effects neighboring property values.
