Who is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all the medium road dividers in the city of St Pete. Any time one is put in with all the money spent on landscaping they all look like this in a couple of years! All of them! Just waiting for 4th St N ones to start looking like this to. What is wrong with St Pete and all the road maintenance? It's null and void. Mayor wasting too much of our money building necessary bike lanes that noone uses? I'm sure all of that road painting will be a mess in a couple years to. All the palm trees on 275 by the Tropicana Exits are also dying. What is going on with the workers in this city!
