Description
The mangroves on the retention pond along mystic make drive are completely out of hand! they're over 20ft tall, blocking any view of the water by anyone but those on the north side. It's not a park and the city planted them, so no reason they can't be cut way back, if not completely out. The worst thing about them is the rodents that thrive in them and the crimes that occur among them, particularly at the one bench on the southwest edge, including prostitution activity and drug abuse constantly. they are harboring neighborhood nuisances!
