Description
Garbage in front of boarded up house and along 33rd street. Looks like the city sidewalks are used as garbage cans. Kids have to walk through this mess. What examples are we setting for our children?

This property is 3281 MLK Jr Way, and owned by :
Hirdeypal Bhathal & Karnpal Bhatal
11407 Pacific Shores Way
San Diego, CA 92130-8652
The owner pay their taxes. Anyone interested in getting to the bottom of why this property is permitted to remain a Public Nuisance after so many residents have complained to every possible public agency for so many years : would be a Public Service. Unlike anything our taxpayer funded civil servants have provided for over 10 years.
Maybe someone reading this goes to San Diego once in a while and can drop in on these guys and find out what their plans are. People have written them letters, so they are aware of the problem.
