I have assigned this to reciprocity. There is nothing illegal about a car being parked for 2 days, no matter where the plate is from as long as it's not residential parking. The fact that another car has been parked there with out of state plates really has no bearing unless they are owned by the same people. As I said someone has been assigned. Please note that even after the car gets cited it still has to go thru the court system which can take a long time to resolve. I had one that took 4 years to get to trial. Even if we win, we can only cite them again. We dont get to take their car away.
