The reason your cart was not dumped is due to the cart is over loaded. This is a side loader truck that lifts the cart with a mechanical arm and if the driver attempts to lift this cart the bags & trash will fall to the ground. I see there's post sticking out of the cart if this metal the driver can't take them, you can't have anything sticking out of the cart. In order for us to dump the cart the extra trash need to be removed from the top of the cart. I see you have 2 carts and our records show only one cart service. He dumped the one cart your paying for the other cart the driver dumps as a courtesy for you. If you will off load the extra trash into the other cart and let me know when that's done I'll do my best to get the driver back over there for you.

Customer called our office today & the CSR explained to them what needed to be done in order for us to service the cart. They are supposed to take care of this & they were told that it maybe Monday or Tuesday before the driver goes back for this. We have put in a courtesy work order in for the driver to go back.

Garbage was picked-up by driver on Route 130 (5.24.19)
