Trailers and trucks parked in lawn and employees working for company take up all residential parking on 3rd street. They are running their business out of house and have turned flood zone basement into office with bathroom . Access and Design is supposedly a contractor that goes by code compliance but obviously doesn’t care about neighbors and is violating FEMA
