Description

There is no trash bins at this building and the tenants put the bags of trash out in front of the house even when it is not trash collection night and it overflows to 283 Forrest Street. The resident there received a warning for the trash that is not his. 281 has so much trash that you can't push a baby carriage past it. The wildlife breaks it open and it is all over.
