Hello, My 84 yo mother-in-law resides at 2433-60th Ave SE. It is becoming more difficult and possibly dangerous for her when driving out of her driveway due to the overgrown vegetation that appears to be on city right of way land related to the 2431-60th Ave SE property. Is this something the neighbors have to maintain? The City? Or can we maintain if the neighbors will not? This vegetation has not been maintained for at least three years. It is a growing driving/safety issue for anyone coming out of the driveway. Past relations with the neighbors was not good with my late father-in-law. Thank you.
