This is how the Electric Co, NSTAR does things. They made a mess outside my home with their "repairs", when the pole was leaning badly and the wires were being pulled out of my house. Additionally, up the street from me is the same situation as above. One utility owns the wires/electricity and one (Verizion) owns the poles. The city has no say in how utilities make repairs or add poles as I sadly found out last year. The State Reps have to change how business is done and I don't see anything happening to change it.

Utility company is aware of this double pole. Unfortunately, state law does not give the City any authority to address this issue.
