The junk vehicle does not consitute a blight violation. The complaint was re-assigned to the Police Dept which enforces inoperable/abandoned/unregistered vehicles.

Additional information and photo attatched. Since viewing this property with the 'junk car' in question included in the photo, does this not constitute a blighted property with the over grown brush taking over the house and the leaving of the junk car in full view of any one passing by in the driveway? I would like to see corrections made. Thank you.
