  It's hard to believe this road is not on the list to be paved. This is a MAJOR thoroughfare with more traffic, more potholes, divets and humps than Monterey which is slated to be paved. Who is making these decisions? Have they taken the time to drive the roads they are making decisions about?

  I also wonder who makes these decisions. These are our tax dollars at work and we are not getting the benefit of them
