Description

NPL did work at about 5300 East N. Kolb. The street repair was lousy. Maybe it's a temporary patch and they're coming back, but they've taken away all their equipment.

Also, NPL left two barricades and two sandbags in the weeds on Kolb across the street from the entrance to the Miramist gated community at Miramist street, in the 5600 block or so of Kolb
