On 20th between Spring and Market, right before Market, could this be considered for a 'parking this side of the street only' section? With cars parked on both sides several deep, cars coming off of Market have no where to go if there is a car coming out and oft times the one heading to Market has to back up which isn't always easy either if there is another car behind them. It's dangerous if you make a right onto 20th from Market heading east as you can't see the oncoming cars until it's too late. This is a recipe for disaster. Maybe someone who can figure it out if that is possible can come out and take a look at it. Thank you in advance.
