Description

drivers make a left turn from brookside drive onto bay ave. and the intersection is well marked "NO Left TURN" also several weekly turn into brookside drive from bay ave. or make a U-turn off bay ave. In addition the speed limit on brookside drive is 25mph and many vehicles are traveling in excess of 35 to 40 mph.
