Also concider becoming a member of the Watch. It costs nothing, it helps better the neighborhood, and helps uild a stronger community that will refuse to be held hostage by these thugs, low lifes, and criminals.

But if this is more bad people shooting each other. well, there really is nothing to be done.
I mean, they are bad people: right there, that says it all.

I am aware that it takes probable cause to enter ones residents but if the police could add this to their priority list of undercover operations to target they will gain more then enough probable cause to take them off the streets. all of the gun and drug activity taking place happens at the rear of the residents which faces away from plan view of the street therefore making it harder to be caught by police.

I can get the name of the owner. It is important that the owner be informed in writing. And that will build a trail of evidence should it come before the Nuisance Abatement authority.

The owner of 60 Franklin St is more then aware of the gun and drug problems but refuses to take any actions i guess receiving his rent money is more important then the safety of the community and other tenants living in the building.

It is important to gather time/date details, descriptions. This is exactly the kind of stuff Nuisance Abatement is directed at.
But for sure, a "gun fired" report will bring the police and reasonable cause to enter. The details are very important.

the young girls that hang out there are looking for trouble. They hang out with gang members and are dealing drugs out of apt. 2 what about the young woman that lives there with her young daughter? CPS needs to check into the activity. I have seen the little girl outside barefoot and in a diaper. (sad) has the landlord been made aware?

just because you see alot of young girls there does not mean they all live there. that house has been a hang out sence november. get the people out in apartments 2 and 4 and you will see a change!

It's extremely important to note the this house is located
directly across the street from the Kingston City Library.
Drugs, guns, people in and out, cars stopping by, etc. and let us not forget dogs (unleashed) running back & forth about this house and also on the streets. What else needs to be said? ?

What is being said is 1) the place is busy 2) you, and maybe a whole lot of other people, don't like the way it looks. And you, and maybe a whole lot of others, don't like the dogs. And your opinion is likely dead on and certainly valuable.
Drugs: a little more information: describe more what looks to be a drug transaction, discuss the time, the numbers.
Guns: you think you see a gun, that is an immediate call to police.
If you are unfortunate enough to be close to this location and have to witness the stuff, then the opportunity also falls to you and maybe a whole lot of other people, to call the incident in to the police.
Each time a call is made, it is recorded: time, place, details. That information surely instructs the police to pay closer attention to that location.
The city assessor will very kindly give you the name and address of the owner of 60 Franklin and that could be posted here so other people could write directly to the owner, their neighbor, to express their concerns.

yes it has been fixed.

everything has been taken care of they moved out of both apartments and no more calls to the police have been made. and as for the dogs comment this was about guns,drugs and gangs not about dogs so save that for something else to complain about and everywhere you look there is a dog running wild in this town so complain about them all not just one house thanks.
