Oyster Pond Road is a raceway. People speed down this artery consistently with no regard for the 25MPH speed limit, pedestrians or bicyclists. Is it possible to put an APD officer on this street to catch the speeders? Or a portable, electronic sign advising people of their speed? Or - better yet - make Oyster Pond Rd. & Basinside Way a 4-Way Stop?

Each request will be scored based on various quantitative and qualitative traffic related criteria. The requests with the highest scores will then be added to a list (to be reviewed for the next 1-2 fiscal years). Requests that are not selected will remain in the pool for consideration at a later time. We will add your request to the pool so that it may go through the selection process.
In the meantime, we will reassign this case to APD so that they may enforce the area.
