Someone from the neighborhood recently reported ours too as “not having a permit” when in fact it does. Sad that this is what people are resorting to doing with things that have absolutely nothing to do with them. The house was bought by a cop and the fence is being built by a professional company. Let’s just let people move in their homes instead of causing controversy their first week.

Jessica c I was not the one who reported it i just commented on it and someone in our community built a fence outside of what is allowed per the architectural guidelines. Sorry I don’t set these rules.

Oh and we didn’t report the fence in our community either. We stick to ourselves and don’t report everyone. So maybe ask first.

Our big boy fence is per those “guidelines” buddy. So not sure where you get your info of lies. My fence won’t change since completed 6months ago. You 100% reported the fence on Old Ft. Smallwood, and it’s also a shame cause the man needs a fence to secure his k9 dog that responds to emergencies in the county to save people.

Maybe you should ask the people who live in the front of the neighborhood. I definitely didn’t report it. I heard about it from them.
