Description
This property is NEVER maintained, and has been vacant for years. The lawn is seriously overgrown, mail is piled up on the porch, and it's an eyesore for the neighborhood! The fence surrounding the yard is beginning to rot and crumble. The smoke detector has been "beeping" for weeks and and I'm concerned this property may be a fire hazard.
