House does not have a door on fence, a plywood sheet has been put in place of door. There are 3 dogs on property whose head reach above and out of the plywood. Many parents and children walk here daily to and from school and many children are scared to walk to school because they know dogs will come out and start barking at them. Each time anyone walks by dogs stand on plywood and the plywood sheet wobbles as if it is going to fall down.
