Cars running red lights at Congress Ave and Cedar St. This happens many times a day, every single day. It is pure luck that a pedestrian hasn't yet been struck or killed. Can we have more enforcement? Or can a banner ("Red means STOP") be hung like the one over the York St/Frontage Rd intersection?
