I’m not sure which alleyways you clean. But as of July 12, 2019 the alleyway behind my house is not clean. I walk to see after I got your email also a month in a half later. And still no work has been done. I have called and called and nothing has been done to clean this issue. Me and my daughter try to clean this alley because we saw small snakes in our back yard. What do you have to do to get help.
