1. Add cross-walk.
2. Sign: “Pedestrians & Golf Carts Use Tunnel.” Arrow towards tunnel.

Lots of walk, bicycle, and golf cart traffic trying to cross from Association to Deck. They need to channel this traffic thru tunnel.
