Description

Northbound 29th Ave at E 10th St, the traffic signal light colors are still not visible when waiting at the stop line on a bike. The filter on the signal heads makes them visible up until one gets to the stop line, at which point it is impossible to see the color.

I reported this before and it was marked as resolved, but remains a problem. Please fix this so I can actually see the traffic signal lights. As-is it is very dangerous.
