Isn't there a law about not chaining dogs?

This has been referred to Animal Control for investigation, an update will be posted once we hear back from them. Thanks for reporting.

These people call themselves Dog Breeders.

Animal Control officers responded to 119 Idlewild Ave for a complaint received by See ClickFix reference to three dogs being tethered and the smell coming from the residents. The owner has three pit bulls dogs and is familiar with the tethering law. He has been cited by animal control in the past for tethering violations. All three dogs are current on rabies shots. Officers could not detect an odor coming from the residents while outside the house. Animal Control Unit will continue to monitor this situation.
