  It's now over 4 months since original post, and the lights are still out. Any update on this?

  I have heard that there is an issue regarding the ownership of the lights. It could be the City, State, or the owner of Crown Colony Park.
  With daylight savings kicking in this week, workers in Crown Colony that walk will be walking in the dark, causing an unsafe environment. The City should step up, repair the lights, and send the owner a bill when it's resolved.
  To quicken a decision on who's responsibility the roadway is, the City should let it be known that no snow removal will be performed by the City until there is a resolution. Start a fire and get the issue resolved!

  A week ago as I was entering Crown Colony from Centre St, traffic was stopped. I was there just in time watch a pedestrian on a gurney get loaded into an ambulance. If the street was illuminated, the vehicle would not have hit this person. It's very unfortunate that the injury could have been prevented with a lit roadway.
  It's well beyond the 3 years now since I first posted this issue. How long does it take, and how many people need to be injured before this issue is taken seriously?
