Description
the city should've concentrated on the new St Paul street for the city corridor, not Winooski ave.. this is taking property values away from tax-payers for bicyclists........

1) St. Paul Street is nearly finished construction, I'm not really sure what more you think the City should be doing for it...
2) People who ride bikes, you may be shocked to learn, are also tax payers.
3) Studies show that cycling infrastructure often increases property values.
"The economic impact of bicycling and walking goes well beyond bike sales. Numerous
studies have shown that real estate values increase with proximity to bicycle paths and walking
trails." pg. 5
