I live in one of the neighborhoods that have to use this intersection as my only way to make a U-Turn back to the Holcomb Bridge Rd side of the Crossville/Holcomb Br. road stretch.

There should never be a time when that light isn’t just a flashing yellow so people can make the U-Turn when it is safe. Whenever that light turns red pretty much everyone who needs to make the U-Turn will make the safe turn even when it is red... or someone stops and everyone has to wait for a incredibly crazy amount of time before they can make the turn.

Just leave it flashing all the time, or just have a sign indicating to be aware when making the U-Turn. But, it really never needs to be red, for any reason.
