Description

Multiple people "living" in Fossil Park. Sleeping on tables & benches with backpacks, belongings & bicycles throughout the park. No room or appeal for family picnics at any shelter. What is especially unsanitary is sleeping on tables (Hep A concern), using overgrown path between lake & canal on north side of park, as a rest room. Smells like a Port-o-Let when you walk by. There is a lounge chair stashed in the shrubs where someone likely sleeps at night. Also needs major trimming/pruning to allow for water flow during hurricane season. Not safe or sanitary for children.
