Description

There are two cars that are regularly parked in the alley between Monroe and Quincy, from Grand and Marquette. They block through traffic and access to our backyard entry. We have also noticed that they are building things in the alley that are narrowing the alley and limiting access, and have not posted any signs regarding permitting.
