Not sure if this is Animal Control, Health or what category but my neighbor has a couple of nests of pigeons in their soffits. They've been there for years so I'm guessing there's an accumulation of pigeon poop and may not be healthy. And I don't know if this is even against the bylaws. Myself and my other neighbors do not think it raises the value of the city or neighborhood.

We can generate an unsightly property complaint because of the Pigeon Feces if you could provide the exact address? Both 14156 & 14180 85A are valid addresses in our system.
