Right-of-way cut per 802

I have no idea what an 802 is; however, from 135 Lamar Street. . .the right of way has yet to be cut.

What a shame to close an almost 90 day old request with a fib.

Mr Brown, this is the right of way which is the way I titled it.
I appreciate the seeclickfix's that your office does respond and correct. I understand that you are probably slammed with request and do your best.
However I have taken care of this myself, FOR THE STREET, and will do it as long as I can.
