Thank you for addressing this issue - the house has been vacant for several years and large trees are growing in the back yard.

If this issue is closed- what exactly was done? Has the Bank or owner been notified to correct the issues? There have been sightings of Racoons on the top deck. The one tree in the backyard, which actually is only a very large seedling, is in among the wires coming from the house.
