Drivers headed west on Snell cannot see automobiles emerging from Baker; drivers turning left onto Snell from Baker cannot see automobiles approaching from the east. Drivers headed west on Snell cannot see through or around the foliage. Drivers turning onto Snell from Baker cannot see cars approaching from the east.
This is a very dangerous situation, and should be addressed immediately.
