There seems to be a weekly parking pass on the dashboard, we will have a Police officer swing by to review the vehicle.

Where is the so-called Traffic Cop DAY SHIFT in all this missing SO many ABANDONED Vehicles on Chelsea Streets?

This street is the PLACE of choice to abandon cars. It seems like all traffic enforcers are only assigned to Broadway meters leaving all other streets without monitoring.

This vehicle has moved to a different location. It will be ticketed if it does not have a proper parking pass.
