Description

the people at this house have had this mess in front of their house for 2 weeks. I understand that the carpet should not be in the recycle bid, but as for the rest of the trash, they just dont care.

I am not sure what you can do to get them to take this to the landfill, but last time this happened I saw a rat in their pile of trash
