Lock Street is "closed" -except to local traffic, a sign blocks the right lane on Lock St.- traffic backs up from both ways on Ashmun Street, as it is difficult to turn onto Lock. Suggestion- move the sign down Lock Street where someone can turn around. There is a lot of traffic turning onto Lock St. with the new Yale Center now open.
