Description

Be on the look out for person/ persons who are taking newspaper off of the front porches of several neighbors in the 500 block of Winthrop. Perpetrator was capture by security camera but not able to be Identified . Additionally , early morning vandals have been able to gain access to several cars and trashing the insides.
