Description

This is the 4th request. I sent a request for service over a year ago (service request 807060) and called twice, the last time I called the operator told me they were only handling emergencies, that was 4 months ago. Here are the issues again, the city owned space adjacent to my property have overgrown trees and shrubbery that is creating a hazard. Tree branches have caused damage to my roof and shrubbery is so overgrown that it is blocking the sidewalk and covering parts of my garage. With summer coming, this will be a fire hazard when it drys out. Please send someone out to fix. Thank you.
