Description

My neighbors have a large pile of trash in their backyard that has been there for years. They more recently pulled more trash out from under their deck and cleaned some items off the deck and added it to the pile in the yard. There is also some kind of animal pen built next to the deck with a pool full of standing water. The rodents and mosquitoes are awful.
