This property is overgrown, trash is piled at the curb and is overflowing from the garbage cans. The property is vacant. This property, in conjunction with two other properties I am reporting today, are responsible for mosquito swarms and rat infestation in surrounding properties. I have reported these properties over and over again and the situation remains unresolved and continues to escalate.
