Description

My garbage again has not been picked up. The alleyways and Hickman crt is missed again. Why is it the garbage man picks up his Co worker every morning and drops him off in afternoon but can't make a scheduled pick up? Ridiculous plz pick up these full bins ASAP. Thanks
