Description

Resident called to notify the DPW that the end of her driveway was damaged due to a water main repair. Caller states the the driveway was just repaved 8 months ago. She is looking for a repair to be made.

Q. What type of water issue?
A. property damage due to water main repair. Looking for repair to be made. Notified water clerk so a water staff memeber can make sure the repair is still entact. Also creating a work order just in case HMC needs to go out.
