Public Works. please tell people to do the following when they see something like this because
this is a safety hazard someone can get seriously hurt. This should have been reported to the police as soon as it was noticed their phone number is 203 946-6316, then posted to alert others and to have a record it was called in, This site is not monitor 24/7 by the city and some departments like the police for the most part do not monitor this site. Can someone tell me why safety issues like this are not phoned in?
