Let me see if I understand this: It is my responsibility to leave my property, go into the park, and clear overgrowth inside the park? I am responsible for clearing overgrowth that is NOT on my property?

I see that by saying "the issue has been addressed" is that you refuse to do anything about it. I took 11 pictures of gates leading from private property into the park. Most were clear, some were not. I was able to attach only one photo, not all 11, for the purpose of comparison. Do you mean to tell me that the residents are clearing plants IN THE PARK that are blocking their gates, not the public works department? I would appreciate a specific answer to this question, rather than saying "the issue has been addressed." Carmen Valverde, tax-payer, 53 Harrison Street.
