Description
The north end of Glenwood street is in need of some REAL maintenence. The puddle on the left of the photo has been there for months & the right side of the photo is getting worse all the time as people park there and it has turned into deep mud. It is starting to smell like a swamp out there. The graders seem to avoid these trouble spots rather than address them. It seems the road could use some additional dirt dumped before regrading.

I agree 100 percent. The road wont be fixed long term unless the city addresses the fact that their is no drainage to the left of the road on dexter but there is on the right. All the water from any amount of rain drains onto glenwood.
This issue is reducing property values. I have heard from home buyers about this issue reducing future city revenue and higher assessments.
